psychology is to mind where is investigation is to research.

my reason for the quote above that I feel is related to my class profession paralegal is that we don't realize that psychology is in basically in everything we do psychology is to come up with a solution, research, examination, observation, experiments and others. in investigation you have to investigate a crime by research forensic scientist have to come to a solution like when, how, they, and what cause their death and examinate the scene and people that come in the office, come up with a profit a solution you have to go back and research previous cases to see if Stare Decisis is there and you have to examinate where an accident took place. that's how I feel it is related to law and paralegal.

you might of heard the story of Lizzie Borden took an axe gave her mother 40 whacks when she saw what she had done gave her father 41.

Lizzie Andrew Borden was an American women who was tried and acquitted in 1892. axe murders of her father and stepmother in fall river Massachusetts. the case was a cause celeb re throughout the u.s. she died June 1st 1927.


my evaluation

I think this is a great story gets you to articulate your intellect. maybe she did do it? she despised her step-mother and wanted to leave and be free from where she lived. but she loved her father dearly so she said so who killed him? he had enemies maybe the maid or Lizzie's suppose boyfriend? was acquitted because someone copycatted the same murder while she was in jail? maybe her friends or family Emma Borden her sister killed someone else to get her off is Emma Borden her SISTERS KEEPER? but the real question is if your sister was put on trial for your guardians death would you keep her secret  and try to save her?
Psychology is every where to help you acknowledge people study them if they act the way they do because they are crazy.
